We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the beautiful surrounding region and neighboring Austria. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view of the park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the excellent food offered in the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The variety of options available was impressive, and the quality of the food was exceptional. We also appreciated the free access to the fantastic thermal bath, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay for a short vacation. the location is great, and it is easily accessible to nearby regions. the rooms are spacious and modern-designed, and the bathroom is large with separate toilet. the staff is polite and friendly and the buffet breakfast and dinner is always pleasant. the free access to the excellent SPA complex, free non-alcohol drinks, and low prices for drinks at the bar are added advantages.

The elevator usage can be confusing as there are no signs identifying where to hold the keycard.

The food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner offered a lot of variety, and the chefs were really skilled. The location was great, we were close to popular tourist destinations and it was easy to get around. the free non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the day were also a nice touch.

We were frustrated that the sauna came at an extra cost that wasn't originally communicated to us upon check-in. the cleanliness of the hotel seemed to be lacking, with dirty dishes scattered around common areas and missed housekeeping in our room.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the free access to the excellent thermal complex that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also loved the fact that we could get free non-alcoholic drinks from 7 am to 6 pm. The staff was polite, nice and always ready to help, making our stay even more memorable.
